Clear Data on Android Tablets for RIO Mobile App
1. Tap on Settings in the app drawer.

2. On the left side of the screen scroll down and tap on “Apps” and then scroll down and select “WIMS Rio” on the right side of the screen.

3. Tap on “Storage” on the right side of the screen.

4. At the bottom tap on “Clear data”

5. Tap on “Delete” in the confirmation window that pop’s up.

6. Once it is deleted you can relaunch the app. It will require you to sign back in, this should resolve any issues you may have with RIO app not loading things correctly.
